Terms of Use
1. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of payment or written confirmation from Bordeauxlidays. By completing a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
2. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before your arrival date. Cancellations made with less than 30 days' notice may be subject to a fee equivalent to the first night's rate. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival may incur a fee of up to 50% of the total booking value. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation — we will always do our best to accommodate changes.
3. Security Deposit
A security deposit is required for all bookings. Upon check-in, a card imprint is taken as a guarantee. No funds are charged unless damage to the property is identified at check-out.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for the apartment and its contents during their stay. The apartment must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments. Parties and events are not permitted without prior written consent.
5. Maximum Occupancy
Each apartment has a maximum occupancy as stated in its listing. Exceeding the stated occupancy is not permitted and may result in termination of the stay without refund.
6. Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
7. Liability
Bordeauxlidays is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during your stay beyond what is required by applicable French law. Guests are advised to arrange their own travel insurance.
